What is the inspiration behind your artwork?
This is my friends horse. Her name is Angel. She is a much loved and pamperd pony. One day, I took a photograph of her being groomed in her stable. She was really interested in the camera and was was trying to nibble it. I loved how the photograph showed the proportions of her face in a different way. She looked really cheeky and playful I think she's a beautiful horse and I loved drawing her.I used colour pencils and i also scratched the paper to create fur. I worked hard to keep her face detailed and sharp and I tried to blur her belly to create depth so you would feel like her face was closer to you. Im really proud of my drawing. It's the best I've done so far and I can't wait to do more.
