What is the DAKS Home International Mounted Games Championships?

Held annually at Royal Windsor Horse Show, the DAKS Home International Mounted Games Championships is an invitational competition which sees Pony Club members from England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland competing for the prestigious title.

The opportunity to compete at a world-famous event like Royal Windsor will be one of the highlights of a Pony Club member's career!

How do I qualify?

To compete members must have achieved their C Test. Teams are then selected based on performance at the trials.

Nominations for a place at Trials are to be entered by the members District Commissioner, Centre Proprietor with support of the Area Representative.

Due to possible COVID-19 restrictions throughout 2021 the Mounted Games Committee are arranging reserve dates, slightly later in the year, if the original date can not go ahead.

Wales - Saturday 17th April- Dyffryn Farm


England - Sunday 25th April - Dallas Burston Polo Club


Scotland - Sunday 25th April - Morris Equestrian Centre

Competition

England continued their recent dominance of the event in 2019, winning the title for the fourth straight year - their final score of 134 being an impressive 25 ahead of second-placed Wales. England made it a year to remember as they also achieved success in the Stable Trophy Competition.
