Disabled Parking

Disabled Parking can be applied for in advance by those who possess a Registered Disabled Person’s Car Badge or are temporarily immobile.

Disabled parking will be in the Officials Car Park adjacent to the central hub/trade stand area – please display your pass when parking there. It will not admit drivers to the Cross Country Course. A buggy will provide a regular delivery service from the campsite, day parking area and disabled parking area to the hub, Cross Country start and Horse and Pony Care during the hours of competition. Mobility vehicles should only be used in pedestrian areas.

Exhibitors Application Form:

Once your application is complete,  a Member of the Marketing Team will be in touch to confirm your slot, after which, a 25% deposit invoice for the space will be sent via email. Full payment required prior to event build in 2026.
