International Mounted Games Exchange
The Pony Club is thrilled to be hosting five teams from across the world for the 2025 International Mounted Games Exchange (IMGE)! Twenty-five international Pony Club riders from Australia, Canada, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, New Zealand and the United States will be on tour across the UK, concluding with the International Mounted Games Competition at the JCB Pony Club Championships, Offchurch Bury on Saturday 9th August.
To our incredible Mounted Games community – we need your help!
To make this heart-racing final a reality, we need loan ponies for the international teams on Saturday 9th August. The IMGE competition will be a straight final and will follow the Intermediate and Pairs Championships. The experienced riders are all 15 or 16 years old, will be hugely appreciative and caring of the ponies and invariably bring tokens of their gratitude for the lenders. Generations of Pony Club Members have been lucky to enjoy the hospitality of other countries so please, if you have a potential pony that you would be willing to lend for the Saturday afternoon, contact mountedgames@pcuk.org.
The international riders will be hosted by Pony Club families for part of the exchange. We are looking for families within reasonable distance of the JCB Pony Club Championships to host riders overnight on Wednesday 6th August and Thursday 7th August, prior to the teams staying on site at Offchurch Bury. The group will be visiting Warwick Castle as an exciting excursion on the Thursday. If you are happy to host a minimum of two riders or their accompanying adult coaches, please contact mountedgames@pcuk.org.
