Youth Advisory Council

Our Youth Advisory Council is a diverse group of Pony Club Members aged between 14 and 25 who meet six times a year to support and shape developments within The Pony Club. The Council has the following aims:

  • To be a representative group of current Pony Club Members with varied experiences of the organisation, including membership type, geographic location and lived experience.
  • To advise the Management Committee and to work closely with Pony Club Staff to amplify the youth voice in matters affecting the interests of Pony Club Members.
  • To ensure The Pony Club is a welcoming, inclusive organisation for young people to join, by providing advice and recommendations on developments within the organisation.

JOIN OUR YOUTH ADVISORY COUNCIL

We are currently looking for Pony Club Members to join the Youth Advisory Council.

If you are aged 14 – 25, a current Pony Club Member, and passionate about shaping the future of the organisation we encourage you to put yourself forward!

Youth Advisory Council Members are appointed for a three year term, or until they reach the age of 25. You will need to be available to attend online evening meetings, usually six per calendar year.
