PCIA Quiz Results 2025 🧠🥉

The Pony Club UK is proud to announce that our International Alliance Quiz Team achieved a fantastic THIRD PLACE 🥉 in this year’s Pony Club International Alliance (PCIA) Online Quiz, held on 6th December 2025.

This exciting global competition 🌍 brought together Pony Club Members from around the world to test their equestrian knowledge in a challenging online format hosted by Pony Club Canada. The standard of competition was exceptionally high, with teams from numerous countries showing incredible breadth and depth of equine expertise  making the UK’s third-place finish all the more impressive.

The quiz covered a wide range of topics, including the Musculoskeletal System, Equestrian Sports, Stable Management, Stable Logic, and more. With the competition finishing at around 1am due to the time difference, the team showed outstanding focus, resilience, and determination, performing brilliantly right through to the final round.

The UK was represented by a talented team of 4 Members who earned their place through a competitive selection process earlier in the year:

🌟 Ella Bubb – Crawley and Horsham Hunt
🌟 Lily Clarke – Berkeley Hunt
🌟 Meg Hopkinson – South Nottinghamshire Hunt

Alongside securing such a strong result against international competition, the team showcased not only their impressive quiz knowledge but also the dedication, teamwork and enthusiasm that Pony Club Members bring to every challenge. This achievement reflects countless hours of revision, collaboration and true Pony Club spirit.

🎉 Huge congratulations to the team for their outstanding performance, and a heartfelt thank you to all Members who applied and supported the journey. With the highest standard of entries to date, everyone involved should be incredibly proud of this achievement. “I LOVED taking part in the PCIA International Quiz this year. It was a brilliant opportunity to get to know some likeminded older Members from other Branches, who I will definitely be keeping in touch with. The team spirit was amazing and we had lots of fun over the weekend. I enjoyed the challenge of revising some tough rounds and, despite some very tricky questions on the night, we were delighted to secure third place.
