New Revised Format for 2020-21

The 2020-21 Championships has two rounds of remote shooting and welcomes novice or experienced athletes to the new format for this season.

It is preferred that athletes have previous experience at air pistol shooting, whether in a Pony Club, Pentathlon, Scout, School, or Shooting Club environment.

The new format for this season culminates in the National Final which will take place via live stream to enable “live” participation.

The Championships consist of individual and team events, each in three age categories (junior, intermediate and senior), all of which are mixed gender and physical ability.

Athletes with a disability who qualify for the National Final will have the opportunity to compete in the Disability class at the National Final.

Individuals and teams qualify through the rounds representing their schooling establishment (homeschooling is allowed) to be crowned National Champions.
