What is BOT?
Branch Officials Training, also referred to as BOT, is a self-guided training package designed to support DCs and branch officials with their roles.
What will you learn?
Through BOT training, you will gain an understanding about:
- Your role and responsibilities
- How branches should run in accordance with The Pony Club and charity rules
- Fundamentals of compliance, including safeguarding, safety, and finance matters
- Overview of Pony Club coaching and needs
- The IT systems available to support with your membership
- Membership offerings
Who can attend?
The training is mandatory for all new DCs, before being ratified, and is open for all branch officials and committee members to attend if they wish.
