Groups of 12 or more – All members of the group go for the Group Child Price.
Groups of 30 or more will also receive one FREE ticket for the organiser.
FINAL’S DAY SPECIAL – Pony Club Groups who take up this offer and purchase the same number of tickets in the same price band for BOTH daytime and evening on Sunday 12^th October will have their evening tickets upgraded to the next price band.

Organising Your GROUP TRIP to HOYS 2008

It is great fun attending the Show as part of a group and booking your tickets is so easy…

If you would like to take advantage of the Pony Club’s special offer don’t forget to quote your Pony Club Branch when reserving tickets.

Decide which day and performance you want to go to – Choose which performance you would like to visit. The Pony Club special offer is available on all performances except Saturday Evening.
Decide which price band you require - choose the price you think will appeal to most people in your group. The Pony Club special offer is available in all price bands except Premium Ringside.
How many people will want to join your group? Just make an estimate and call the Groups Box Office. You can reserve your tickets without obligation for a mutually agreed period until you have confirmed numbers.

Have You Qualified for Horse of the Year Show 2008?

Calling all qualifiers for HOYS Diamond Jubilee - We want your 2008 HOYS qualifying stories…How did you prepare? How tough was it? How did you feel when you got through? We are looking for the best HOYS qualifying story of the year.

Whether you’ve qualified for showing, show jumping, scurry racing or pony club mounted games, HOYS wants to hear from you! We want to know all about you and your horse or pony and the qualifying journey you have experienced together to gain a place at the prestigious Horse of the Year Show. For the first time visitors to the HOYS website will also be able to vote for their favourite qualifying story. So even if you haven’t made it to HOYS this year you can still vote and post your comments and words of encouragement to our featured competitors.

To enter all you have to do is email HOYS (ihavequalified@hoys.co.uk – including “Qualifying Story Competition” in the subject box) some pictures of you and your horse (please make sure you own the copyright to the pictures) along with your story.

As soon as your horse is up on the HOYS website the voting will begin! The story with the most votes by the 19^th September 2008 will win four hospitality tickets plus £100 to spend on the official merchandise stand at the Show.
