Rally rules

RALLY RULES!

Please apply in writing to all rallies.  If you need to ring the organiser and she is not in please do not leave a message asking for a return call, try again later!

Please be on time for all rallies and allow plenty of time to find out which ride you are in.

If possible please leave your dogs at home!  If they do come they should be on a lead and you must clear up after them

Remember rally kit.  Children need to dress in white, long sleeved shirts, pony club tie, beige jods and pony club sweat shirt if needed.  Ponies in plain leather tack in good repair, navy, black, brown or white numnahs and girths.

PARENTS!  Remember, volunteers have organised this rally for your child.   If you live near by please offer to help set up.  Please offer any help required especially when it comes to clearing up.  No one should leave until everything is back on the trailers and helpers found to return all equipment to the correct place.

We are lucky to have very talented instructors who can deal with a mixed ability ride and keep everyone happy.  However if they feel that a child really is in the wrong ride they will move them.  This is the Instructors decision, no one else’s.

Please view from a distance; it can be quite intimidating for Instructors and children to have a crowd of enthusiastic parents at their heels!

Younger siblings who are not riding must be supervised.

Please remember to ask your children to thank the hosts and organisers at the end of a rally.

If you are worried or have a problem please speak to the organiser or phone the DC.

Remember it is everyone’s aim to ensure that the children have a happy time, after all that’s why we are Pony Club Parents!
