RALLIES (updated to include Dinky Rallies Summer 2008)

Please use the rally booking form (use link below for download) to make bookings. If you need additional forms, please photocopy. Names will not be accepted for rallies unless the form has been used to make the booking. The fee MUST be enclosed (cheques payable to SDHEPC) as well as a stamped, addressed envelope for your times. If you have to cancel at the last moment, the fee will be returned only on production of a vet’s or doctor’s certificate.

NOTE: Back protectors are compulsory at cross-country competitions and recommended at rallies where jumping is included.

HORSE AND PONY CARE RALLIES: Please wear wellingtons and bring paper and pencil.

“Neither the Club nor the Council nor any person on its behalf shall be held responsible for any accident, damage, injury or loss at rallies or any other meetings to Club members or their ponies.” Club Rule XXII

Working rallies at equestrian centres and private properties. Would members PLEASE pick up all droppings and loose hay before driving home

Please support your rallies this winter. The cost of hiring indoor venues has to be met regardless of how many riders attend. Would you also remember that those chosen to represent the Branch in team competitions MUST have attended a minimum of three working rallies.
