The Ludlow Hunt Branch was established in 1929 and is part of Pony Club Area 7.

The Pony Club is the number one organisation for young people who love ponies and riding. There are more than 43,000 Pony Club Members in Great Britain, belonging to either a Branch or a Centre - there are more than 350 of each of these. Membership of The Pony Club offers fun, friendship, training, events and competitions.

Internationally The Pony Club has a membership of over 110,000 across 18 countries, making it the largest association of riders in the world. Most British equestrian medal winners at The Olympics and World Championships have been Members of The Pony Club.

Welcome to our branch website. Whether you are already a member or are considering joining you will find lots of information here about the branch.

The Ludlow Hunt Branch is a thriving branch of The Pony Club. In recent years our membership has been in the region of 100 members; this number changes from year to year as older members leave and new ones join.

We organise a variety of rallies throughout the year concentrating on the basic skills of flatwork, show jumping and cross-country riding as well as tetrathlon training.

The branch tries to cater for all interests and is always open to suggestions. Each year we run several competitions including a Mini & Novice ODE, an under 14's Fun Show, an Open Show, Open Dressage and Show Jumping Competitions and either a TREC or a Fun Ride as well as Gymkhana and Show Jumping Competition Rallies.

Camps are always popular and we offer a non-residential 3-day camp for under 11's at Kyre and a senior residential camp at Bow House Farm.
