Banwell Branch Senior Camp August 2002 at Stockland Lovell near Taunton

For many Members, Pony Club Camp is one of their favourite bits of Pony Club.

Each Branch's camp may be different. Some Branches will arrange for Members to stay at camp with their ponies, and others prefer the ponies and riders to travel to Camp each day.

Some Branches will run more than one Camp. There may be a Junior Camp for young children, a Senior Camp for older Children and an Associates Camp for the oldest and most experienced children.

Whichever Camp you go to, you will have great fun and it's a really good way to improve your riding.

You might get the chance to swap ponies, play games or take part in a competition.

All riders help with any jobs that need doing, from keeping the muck heap tidy, to washing up plates after lunch.

Hot work in the summer often ends in a water fight – but never near the ponies and not in front of the instructors!
